Goods must be returned in condition received in original packaging within 30 days. Cost of shipping will be deducted from and refunded (Unless in the case of defective or damaged goods.)
Orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to actual shipment – However within and after this period, it may not be possible for Simplefeeder Ltd. to cancel orders – in such circumstances all unwanted goods may be returned after initial delivery.
